Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity assists qualified local homeowners with Critical Home Repairs. We provide urgently needed exterior and interior home repairs with priority for those impacting health and safety.
FAMILIES ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Eligibility Requirements:
• Gross family income is 80% or below Yavapai County median income
• The home is owner occupied
• Title / Mortgage holder must apply
• All property taxes must be paid up to date
