This position is responsible for recruitment, planning and coordinating volunteers and volunteer development efforts. This position oversees and supervises all aspects of volunteer services, works under the leadership of the Director of Donor Relations and collaborates with Executive Director Construction Manager, ReStore Manager, and all staff to ensure that volunteer needs of the affiliate are met and sustained in order to increase the impact and influence of the affiliate. Valid driver’s license required and willingness to travel to affiliate worksites, meetings and activities around the Verde Valley.
