Critical Home Repair Program Application Criteria
Verde Valley Habitat For Humanity looks for qualified Veterans, Seniors and Low-income families to help with their Critical Home Repair needs. Currently Verde Valley Habitat For Humanity is only prepared to work on exterior home repairs and wheelchair ramps. We look forward to the future when we are able to do some interior projects as well, however, for now, we are limited to exterior home repairs and wheelchair ramps.
FAMILIES ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Gross family income falls within 30% to 60% of median income for Yavapai County
- The home is owner occupied
- Title / Mortgage holder must apply
- All property taxes must be paid up to date
Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity works
with all applicants on an individual basis.
