Critical home repairs for the elderly continue, thanks to a grant from Arizona Public Service.

A huge shout-out and THANK YOU to Arizona Public Service for approving a $3000 grant for funding our Critical Home Repair Program (CHRP), helping the elderly & veterans with needed home repairs.

Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity partners with homeowners and corporate sponsors to alleviate critical health and safety issues and complete needed home improvement projects. Critical home repairs benefit the family living in the home, the neighborhood where they live, and our entire community.

  • Ensures families are living in safe and well maintained homes
  • Prevents families from being displaced from their homes and forced into transitional housing or shelters
  • Protects families’ financial investments
  • Restores the homeowners’ dignity and pride of home ownership
