In May Verde Valley Habitat For Humanity began building a new home for Rachel and her son Jaime in Cottonwood. We are excited to share with you that we have completed an important part of the preparation of the property so that we can now begin to pour the slab and have the plumbing and electrical companies begin their ground work. In order to allow these companies to begin we had to finish the excavation, garden wall and engineered stabilization of the wash in front of the home.
Look at that amazing completed Garden Wall that Block – Lite donated all the block for and AWWS Excavators installed. It is a beautiful start to this amazing home for Rachel and her Son to have an affordable, decent and safe place to call home!
